In the summer we went to Bishkek with our family to visit relatives. We booked a transfer so we wouldn't be cramped in a minibus. The driver was polite and drove carefully, and told a couple of stories along the way. The car was clean and had air conditioning. The downside: on the way out of Almaty we got stuck in traffic, so we arrived an hour later. But that didn't spoil the impression. The stop at the mountains was a pleasant bonus. I recommend it.

I traveled to Bishkek with my family and needed a comfortable car. The manager helped and explained the route. There was a long line at the border, but that wasn't up to us. Overall, the organization was good.

The guide organized everything perfectly: he arrived on time and helped with the luggage. On the way he told interesting facts about the places we passed. I especially remember the stop at the Kyrgyz Range – the views are amazing. We crossed the border without problems. In Bishkek he took us right to the hotel. We left a little later than planned – delayed by half an hour due to paperwork, but the driver warned us in advance. On the way we passed a scenic mountain pass and stopped for a couple of minutes for photos. We crossed the border relatively quickly, in about twenty minutes. In Bishkek they dropped us right by the office. Overall I'm satisfied, I recommend it.

Aliya was in touch and answered questions. We stopped at the pass and took photos against the backdrop of the mountains. We arrived in Bishkek even earlier than expected. Overall 10 out of 10.
