Reviews
First time at the sand dune. I really loved the sound, like it was singing. Great tour.
A friend recommended this tour, and I decided to go with her. I liked everything: the dune and especially the petroglyphs in the Tamgaly-Tas tract — a real wonder. The guide organized everything great.
I've been dreaming of going for a long time. Finally went. The Singing Dune is very beautiful. Oleg helped
In July we went with friends for the weekend. We chose this tour because we wanted to see both the dune and the petroglyphs in one day. The dune is cool, about 100 meters high, climbing is hard, but the views are great. The wind is strong, sand flies in your face, but it's worth it. The petroglyphs also impressed, especially the Buddhist inscriptions. The guide told everything in detail. Lunch was tasty, pilaf and tea. The downside is it's very hot, you need to take hats. Overall I recommend it, especially for those who like active recreation.
A friend recommended the tour, and we didn't regret it. The singing dune really sings, the sound is mesmerizing. The petroglyphs on the stones are very old. The only thing — the road is bumpy, but it was worth it. The guide organized everything clearly.
We went with two kids. We played a lot on the singing dune, the sand makes a creaking sound. We saw the petroglyphs. The guide explained well.
I had been planning this trip for a long time, but things kept getting in the way. Finally, I got together with a friend, and we set off together. The singing dune and the petroglyphs are two unique places in one day. Thanks to the guide for the tips.
The petroglyphs in the Tamgaly-Tas tract are something else. Ancient drawings, atmosphere. Thanks to the guide for the organization.
I vacationed with the children. The dune is big, we climbed with stops. The elder one liked the petroglyphs. Aliya helped
I had been eyeing trips to Altyn-Emel for a long time, but kept putting it off. In April I finally made up my mind and took a weekend tour. We went with a colleague, also a history enthusiast. Tamgaly-Tas is a unique place, the petroglyphs are well preserved despite their age. The guide organized the trip excellently: told about the history and made stops for photos along the way. Most memorable were the rock drawings — you can look at them for a long time. The weather was warm, not hot. The way back passed unnoticed. I didn't regret choosing this particular route.
We took a weekend tour. The road was long but interesting. The dune impressed, sounds like a plane. Minus: queue at the entrance.
V Altyn-Emel' edet' nado. Pouyushchiy barhan zavorachivaet. Tamgaly-Tas — otdel'naya istoriya. Aliya pomog s organizatsiey
I searched for this tour for a long time because I love historical places. We went with my family, the kids were interested too. There are many petroglyphs, each with its own history. The guide told interesting stories about them. The dune is also amazing, especially at sunset. But it was very hot, you need to take a lot of water. The guide helped us have a good time, but we were active ourselves too. Overall, we liked the tour, I recommend it to friends.
I went alone, the tour was relaxing. The dune really does sing, I heard a hum. The organization was top-notch.
We went to the Singing Dune with our family. The kids are thrilled by the sand and the sound. The downside — departure was a bit delayed, but overall excellent
The tour was packed. We left at 5 am and caught the sunrise. The dune is beautiful, orange sand. The petroglyphs were also impressive, ancient Buddhist symbols. The guide gave an excellent tour, telling us about the history. Minus: it was very hot at noon.
Very beautiful on the dune. The sand is fine, we climbed to the top. Oleg warned about water, thanks
In July we went with a friend. We had long wanted to see the petroglyphs, but it never worked out. The off-road ride is a bit bumpy, but it was worth it. Tamgaly-Tas is more interesting than I expected: the drawings are ancient, the guide told about Buddhist symbols. The dune also impressed, especially its hum. The weather was hot, but we took water. The guide organized everything well, thanks to him. Overall we liked the tour, but would have liked more time for the petroglyphs.
I really liked Tamgaly-Tas. The petroglyphs are impressive, the guide told a lot of interesting things.
The Singing Dune is a wonder of nature. I heard a hum like from a helicopter. We didn't make it to Tamgaly-Tas this time, next time
Booked a tour for my parents. They enjoyed it. The Singing Dune impressed them. Organization was top-notch.
The tour is excellent! We went in May, the weather was super. The dune is high, we climbed it, the sand sings. The petroglyphs on the Ili are beautiful, Buddhist. The guide told many legends. The downside — we were delayed with lunch, but overall everything was cool. I recommend it to everyone.
Davno hotel v Altyn-Emel'. Pouyushchiy barhan opravdal ozhidaniya. Oleg vse rasskazal interesno
We went with my wife in April, wanted to unwind after winter. We chose this tour because of the reviews. The singing dune about 100 meters high is cool! The climb is hard, but the views are super. The sand really sings if you move it with your feet. The petroglyphs are also interesting, but we didn't manage to see everything. The downside is lunch was a bit cold, but that's minor. The guide is good, told everything. Overall we liked the trip, but got very tired.

Ask a questionThe walking sections are short: climb up the dune itself and stroll by the petroglyphs, the rest of the time you are in the vehicle. Walking up the sand is a little harder than normal walking, but even people without sports training manage it. The pace is calm, with stops for photos.
