Reviews
My wife and I took the tour for our anniversary, we had long wanted to learn the history of the Panfilov heroes. Aliya quickly gathered the group, everything started on time.
My sister and I had long wanted to get better acquainted with the history of Almaty, and this tour turned out to be an excellent choice. In July it was hot, but there is a lot of shade in the park, so walking was comfortable. The guide told us in detail about the feat of the 28 Panfilov men at the Eternal Flame, it was very touching. The Ascension Cathedral struck us with its architecture, especially the fact that it is wooden. Then we went to the monument to Bauyrzhan Momyshuly and learned a lot of new things about his role in the Battle of Moscow. The Alley of Heroes and the sculptures are also interesting, especially the myths connected with the park. At the end we saw the House of Officers. Two hours flew by unnoticed. Thank you for the excursion!
I went with my grandmother on Nauryz, the weather in May was wonderful. Zhanna explained everything during the booking.
My friend and I decided to diversify our weekend and chose this tour, especially since we had long wanted to learn the history of the park. In winter there are few people, it's comfortable to walk, though it was cool. The guide told in detail about the Memorial of Glory and the Eternal Flame, about the feat of the Panfilov heroes. The Ascension Cathedral impressed — it's wooden, yet so tall. Then we went to the monument to Bauyrzhan Momyshuly, learned about his role in the Battle of Moscow. The Alley of Heroes and sculptures are also interesting, especially the myths associated with the park. At the end we saw the House of Officers. Two hours flew by unnoticed. I recommend it to anyone interested in history.
I went in October, it's already cool in the park, but the excursion is interesting. Marat suggested how best to photograph the cathedral.
We came with colleagues for the May holidays, decided to combine rest with an educational tour. The guide told interestingly about the Panfilov heroes, the cathedral and Momyshuly. The weather was warm, but sometimes it drizzled, so an umbrella came in handy. Overall we liked it, I recommend it.
My husband and I went on this excursion, wanted to learn more about the history of the city. We liked that the guide told not only facts but also myths. The weather was cool, but we dressed warmly.
Went with a friend in March, just wanted to take a walk. But the tour turned out to be so fascinating that we lost track of time. I especially liked the Ascension Cathedral, so majestic. Thanks for the interesting stories.
My s druz'yami reshili posmotret' park 28 panfilovtsev, nashli etot tur. Zapisalis' na 10 utra, no nemnogo opozdali, no gid nas podozhdal i vse bylo normal'no. Edinstvennyy minus - bylo holodno v marte, ya ne vzal shapku, poetomu posle ekskursii prishlos' bezhat' v kafe gret'sya. No vse ravno stavlyu 4, potomu chto soderzhanie otlichnoe.

In November we wanted to keep our visiting relatives occupied, so we chose this tour because it's short and everything is in the center. The weather was damp and chilly, but the guide told the story interestingly, so we didn't notice the dampness.

In January my friend and I decided not to freeze at home but to walk around the historical places of Almaty. We chose this tour because it's short and on foot — just right for a frosty day. We put on warm down jackets, hats, and headed to the park entrance. The guide led us from the Glory Memorial to the Ascension Cathedral, telling us about the Panfilov heroes and city myths. The cathedral especially stuck in my memory — in January it looked like something out of a fairy tale, though it was cold inside. Two hours flew by unnoticed. The only thing is, I got a bit cold, but that's a minor thing. I advise bringing a thermos of tea.
Went on this tour in January, in winter. It was frosty, but the guide told the story so enthusiastically that we didn't notice the cold. Learned a lot of new things about the Panfilov heroes. I recommend it to everyone interested in history.
