Reviews
Going to this camp for the second time. This time with friends, Sergey again pleased with his skill.
Barlygy unady. Tek kezde kezek kutip turyp kaldym. Aliya jaksy tusindirdi.
Great organization, everything was on point. Short: I recommend it.
The camp at Shymbulak is the best way to learn to ride. In three days the progress is huge. Thanks to the team! Went with friends, all of different levels, but the guide found an approach to each. In the morning we rode some runs, after lunch we tried freeride. In the evening we watched video and analyzed mistakes. I really liked that the group was small, attention was given to everyone.
I searched for a tour with lessons and equipment rental for a long time, and this option was ideal. The queues were a bit of a letdown, but overall it was great.
Everything is great, but we waited for the cable car for about 30 minutes. Otherwise I'm satisfied, I recommend it. Went with my boyfriend, he's an experienced snowboarder, I'm just learning. The guide helped me with the basics, and showed the guy more complex elements. Lunch on the mountain came in handy, the soups were hot. After lunch we rode until we dropped, even tried freeride. In the evening at the hotel there was video of our runs, the guide commented. It's a pity the lift was delayed, but it didn't ruin the impression.
Friends invited me, didn't think it would be so addictive. Sergey in the pro group showed new tricks.
Great vacation! Everything was great, special thanks to Aliya.
liked everything but would like more time for freeride. The guide suggested the best trails))
Had a great ride! The advanced group under the guide's leadership was just fire.
I ended up at the camp by chance, but was pleased. They taught me the basics in two days. Sergey helped. We rode different slopes, the guide explained how to shift weight. In the evening we watched videos of our runs and analyzed mistakes.
Organization was super, but on the first day we had a slight delay of 20 minutes. Everything else was top-notch.
I went with a friend, she's been riding for a while, and I'm just starting. We took this camp because of the insurance — it's included, which is convenient. I especially liked the morning riding while the slopes aren't tracked out, the guide fixed my stance. The downside is the queue for the lift at peak hours.
Jazdyq jaksy boldy. Kop ishinde jaksy ujymdastyrylgan. Aliya komektesti.
I came from Astana, really liked the atmosphere. Went with my brother, he's a snowboarder, I'm more on skis. In the program I liked the freeride after lunch — we tried the virgin snow where it's untouched. The only thing is the bumpy road in the bus.
Started from zero, now I stand confidently. The instructors are patient, especially the guide. Friends persuaded me to go, I doubted, but in vain. From the first day on the mountain the guide explained the basics: stance, turns. By evening I was already descending from the top station. On the second day we practiced carving, I fell, but the guide supported me. The evening video debrief helped a lot. Now I'm thinking of repeating it to consolidate.
I was choosing between several camps, but what won me over here is that everything is thought out: transfer, accommodation, and training. I went with my sister, she's a beginner, I'm a bit more confident. The guide on the mountain gave time to each of us, explained how to properly shift weight. In the morning we rode some slopes, after lunch we moved to others where there are fewer people. In the evening there was a day debrief with video, very useful. The weather was sunny, the snow excellent. Thanks to the guide for the patience.
Great! Very well organized. Aidos helped, everything was clear.
Chose this tour on friends' advice, and didn't regret it. The guide helped with equipment selection, very attentive.
First time at Shymbulak and immediately such an experience. Went with a colleague, he's been riding for a long time, and I just bought a board. In the morning we went up, warmed up, the guide helped adjust the bindings. We rode different slopes, the guide showed how to properly enter turns. After lunch we even tried the untouched snow where it's pristine. In the evening at the hotel we watched videos of our runs, the guide explained the mistakes. Very happy I decided to do it.
My daughter stood on a snowboard for the first time, the guide gets along great with children. Thanks!
Great camp! The guide immediately found an approach, I got on the board in three days. Went with my sister, she's a beginner, I'm a bit more confident. In the morning we rode some slopes, after lunch we moved to others. Thanks for your patience!
