We will select a sedan or a minivan for your group, and the driver will help unload the suitcases at the hotel. The price includes meeting you at the airport, transporting you and your belongings to an address in Almaty, a car with a Russian-speaking driver and round-the-clock support. Additional payment is only for stops along the way, waiting more than half an hour after landing and travel outside the city. If the final point is outside Almaty, check in WhatsApp — we will calculate it separately.
The transfer operates daily and around the clock, so a night flight is a normal situation for us. According to the program, from the meeting at the airport to unloading at the hotel takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. We will confirm the exact pickup time for your flight in WhatsApp.
The driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name — you will recognize him immediately by it. Then he will help with the suitcases, take you to the car in the airport parking lot and place your belongings. We will send the driver's contact and the exact meeting point in WhatsApp for your date.
Waiting time is counted from the moment your plane lands: up to 30 minutes is already included in the price, and anything longer is paid separately. That's why it helps to send us your flight number in advance, and if the flight is rescheduled, just message the new time on WhatsApp and we'll move the pick-up.
Send us your flight number and hotel address in Almaty in WhatsApp — that is enough to assign the car to you, and no prepayment is needed. Payment on the day of the trip: via Kaspi, by card or in cash. If you change your mind, cancellation of the booking is free.
